Nevertheless, if you can afford to pay and stay at the gym, it would also be for the best because it’s the faster process of toning up and developing your muscles to fill-in the loose skin.

If otherwise, simply incorporate daily activities that can make you breathe rapidly and take in more air. Brisk walking for one is a good example. This is highly recommended for those who do not have the spare time to work-out in gyms even during their off-days or weekends. You could probably lessen your riding distance by alighting from the bus a little ahead than your destination point. You may think that you’re all sweaty by the time you get to work, well then don’t wear your office-clothes just yet. If you have to pick something from the floor, bend from your waist with legs apart as you would do some bending exercises.

The idea is not to punish your self, but to complete your weight loss achievement to the fullest. Since you were able to lose weight, then there’s no exercise to lose weight and tone up regimen that you would find harder to achieve.
